POWER SCULPT is a combination of weight training and core work that is put together in such a way to give a full body resistance training workout. The first 40 minutes of the class is a full body weight training routine done with dumbbells and body. The last 20 minutes is devoted to abdominal training and includes Pilates mat work. The full work out is designed to increase lean body mass, decrease body fat and sculpt the body. Power Sculpt is an excellent workout for anyone who wants to have a lean toned look, and it’s especially good for the person who hates to lift weights in the gym!

THE NOON PILATES CLASS is Pilates mat work that helps increase balance, flexibility and strength, with a specific emphasis on core strength. The noon Pilates class is an intermediate level class and kept to 45 minutes which is perfect for a lunch time workout!!

Yoga in Motion

YOGA IN MOTION is an eclectic blend of traditional Hatha Yoga poses drawn from BikramTM and the Sara Meeks Realignment RoutineTM. This trademarked system is a total body workout, featuring conscious breathing, body mechanics to help improve functional strength, flexibility, muscle balancing and relaxation. Yoga is done barefoot...mats provided.

SPORTS CONDITIONING is a high intensity boot camp style class that includes running drills, plyometrics, upper and lower body conditioning and lots of core! 45 minutes of fast paced high intensity exercises that increases power, agility and speed. This is a great class to improve the performance of any other sports, as a method of cross training or as a way to increase overall fitness.
